Mugwort promotes and supports the digestive tract and stomach.
Directions: To prepare drink, take 1 tbsp. of herb in 1 cup of hot water. Let stay for 30 minutes, then strain liquid. Take 1 tbsp. 3-4 times daily 20-30 minutes before meals. Add honey for better taste.
Store in a cool, dry place.
