Valerian root produces calming effects that promote relaxation.
Directions: To prepare tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 1/2 tbsp of dried valerian root. Allow to steep for 1 hour and strain. Drink 1/3 cup of tea 3-4 times daily for best results
