Rose Hip fruit is a great source of vitamin C during cold season. Also contains vitamins A, B, P and E, and antioxidants.
Directions: To prepare tea, boil 1 tbsp of fruit in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Allow to steep for 20 minutes and strain. Drink 1 cup of tea 2 times daily for best results.
