Dried oak bark contains antioxidants and is used to support the digestive tract, oral hygiene and healthy skin.
Directions: To prepare drink, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of bark. Allow to steep for 20 minutes and strain. Drink 1/2 cup 3-4 times daily before meals for best results.
