Nettle Leaf

• Nettle is commonly used to improve metabolism and support healthy hair.*

Directions: To prepare drink, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of leaves. Allow to steep for 20 minutes and strain. Drink 1/2 cup of tea 2 times daily for best results.
Store in a cool, dry place.
