Milk Thistle Seeds

• Milk thistle fruit promotes liver function and supports liver health.*

Directions: Boil 2 tbsp of seeds in 2 cups of water for 20 minutes, then strain. Take 1 tbsp 4-5 times a day. Store in a cool, dry place.
