Marshmallow Root

• Promotes expectorant, coating and soothing properties. Supports upper respiratory tract and digestive tract.*

Directions: To prepare drink, take 2 tbsp of root in 1 cup of water at room temperature. Let stay for 4 hours, then strain. Take 1 tbsp every 2 hours. May add honey for taste. Store in a cool, dry place.
