Madder root promotes kidney function and supports kidney health.
Directions: To prepare drink, use 1 tsp of root for 1 cup of boiled water, cooled. Let it stand for 8 hours, then strain and reserve liquid for later use. Roots left after straining goes into 1 cup of boiling water. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Mix this liquid with the reserved liquid. Consume 1/2 cup 4 times per day before meals for better health. Store in a cool, dry place.
