Elderberries are rich in flavonoids and are commonly used during cold and flu season. Also used for weight control.
Directions: To prepare tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of berries. Allow to steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink 1/3 cup of tea 3-4 times daily before meals for best results.
Store in a cool and dry place.
