Calendula flower promotes calming effects to the digestive tract and supports the liver.
Directions: To prepare infusion, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp of dried flowers. Allow to steep for 1 hour, then strain it. Take 1 tbsp 6 times a day for best results.
