Black chokeberry can have beneficial effects on blood pressure and also contains vitamins. May also be used to support the digestive system.
Directions: To prepare drink, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tbsp. of berries. Allow to steep for 30 minutes and strain. Drink 1 cup of tea 3-4 times daily for best results. Store in a cool, dry place.
